TBMM bu yasan\u0131n \u00e7\u0131kart\u0131lmas\u0131ndan \u00f6nce\u00a0 Saltanat ve Hilafet rejimlerini birbirinden ay\u0131rm\u0131\u015f ve bu konuda \u00f6nce Saltanat\u0131 daha sonra da Hilafet\u2019i y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fckten kald\u0131rm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r . Son Osmanl\u0131 padi\u015fah\u0131n\u0131n \u0130ngiliz gemisiyle ka\u00e7\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan sonra yeni bir Halife\u2019nin g\u00f6reve ba\u015flamas\u0131 TBMM karar\u0131yla yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ama \u00a0uygulamada h\u00fck\u00fcmet ile Halife aras\u0131nda \u00e7e\u015fitli sorunlar ortaya \u00e7\u0131k\u0131nca,\u00a0 bu kurumun da t\u0131pk\u0131 Saltanat rejimi gibi kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131na meclis taraf\u0131ndan karar verilmi\u015ftir . B\u00fct\u00fcn \u0130slam d\u00fcnyas\u0131n\u0131n en b\u00fcy\u00fck otoritesi olarak belirlenmi\u015f olan Halifelik rejiminin yeni y\u00f6netim ile uyu\u015fmamas\u0131 ve s\u0131k s\u0131k \u00e7eli\u015fkilere d\u00fc\u015fmesi y\u00fcz\u00fcnden cumhuriyet rejimi Halifelik makam\u0131n\u0131 da iptal ederek , tam anlam\u0131yla demokratik bir cumhuriyet devleti olu\u015fturulmas\u0131na karar verilmi\u015ftir .Atat\u00fcrk ve arkada\u015flar\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan gereksiz ve mahsurlu g\u00f6r\u00fclmesine ra\u011fmen Birinci meclisin i\u00e7inde Atat\u00fcrk\u2019e kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kan\u00a0 hilafet\u00e7i grubun \u0131srarl\u0131 direni\u015fleri \u00fczerine ,\u00f6nce Halifelik kurumunun bir s\u00fcre devam\u0131na karar vermi\u015flerdir .TBMM\u2019de Halifelik makam\u0131n\u0131n t\u00fcm \u0130slam d\u00fcnyas\u0131 \u00fczerinde etkin olmas\u0131 nedeniyle ,Osmanl\u0131c\u0131 Hilafet\u00e7iler bu kurumun devam\u0131 i\u00e7in \u0131srarl\u0131 takip\u00e7i olmu\u015flard\u0131r . Kuvay\u0131 Milliye\u2019ye kar\u015f\u0131 Kuvay\u0131-\u0130nzibatiye\u00a0 isimli bir Hilafet ordusu ile\u00a0 Osmanl\u0131\u2019n\u0131n ba\u015fkenti olarak \u0130stanbul ve \u00e7evresini egemen olarak ,Kuvay-\u0131 Milliye\u00a0 g\u00fc\u00e7lerinin eski ba\u015fkent \u0130stanbul\u2019u ele ge\u00e7irmelerini \u00f6nlemeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r . Halifelik kurumu ,\u0130slam Peygamberi Hz.Muhammed\u2019in \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnden sonra el\u00e7i yetkileriyle\u00a0 g\u00f6reve gelerek peygamberin yapt\u0131klar\u0131 ve s\u00f6yledikleri do\u011frultusunda halk kitlelerine \u00f6nderlik yapan ki\u015filere \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma d\u00fczeni sa\u011flayan bir yap\u0131lanma olarak ,Osmanl\u0131 devletinin son a\u015famas\u0131nda tart\u0131\u015fma konusu yap\u0131larak ortadan kald\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r . Orta \u00e7a\u011f uzant\u0131s\u0131 olan din egemenli\u011fi aray\u0131\u015f\u0131 i\u00e7inde olan Hilafet\u00e7iler ,dinin sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 eski ortam\u0131 hedefleyerek halk egemenli\u011fi ve cumhuriyet y\u00f6netimi ilkelerine kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7\u0131karlarken ,gene eskisi gibi i\u00e7inden geldikleri Orta \u00e7a\u011f uygarl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 aram\u0131\u015flar \u00a0ve bu do\u011frultuda yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar ile de Hilafet rejimini canland\u0131rmak istemi\u015flerdir .<\/p>\n

Muhammed benzeri bir y\u00f6netim d\u00fczeni g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde kurulamamaktad\u0131r .Orta\u00e7a\u011f da peygamber ayn\u0131 zamanda Halife konumunda oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in her iki misyonu da birlikte g\u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fcyordu . Y\u00f6netim tam olarak tekelde toplan\u0131nca Peygamber kendinden sonra yerine ge\u00e7erek Halife olacak adaylar\u0131 belirleyerek , kendinden sonra devaml\u0131l\u0131k sa\u011flayacak Halifeler d\u00fczenini kendisi kurmu\u015ftur . Halife olacaklar temsilcilerin se\u00e7imi ile tamamlanacak bir s\u00fcre\u00e7 sonucunda se\u00e7ilerek belirlenmi\u015flerdir. Hz. Muhammed din ve d\u00fcnya i\u015flerini bir arada y\u00fcr\u00fcten bir devlet ba\u015fkan\u0131 konumunda oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in onun zaman\u0131nda peygamberin tekelinde toplanan g\u00fcc\u00fcn kendisini takiben g\u00f6reve gelen Halife\u2019ye aktar\u0131lmas\u0131 benimsenmi\u015ftir . Peygamberin \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnden sonra halifelik m\u00fccadeleleri \u00e7ok sert ge\u00e7mi\u015f ve kanl\u0131 olaylar birbiri ard\u0131 s\u0131ra g\u00fcndeme geldik\u00e7e, \u0130slam tarihi hak ve hukuk \u00e7izgisinin \u00e7ok \u00f6tesindeki geli\u015fmeler arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile kanl\u0131 ve \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmac\u0131 bir \u00e7izgide ilerleme olmay\u0131nca , din ad\u0131na bar\u0131\u015f sa\u011flamak\u00a0 giderek zorla\u015fm\u0131\u015f ve sonraki y\u0131llarda \u00a0siyasal b\u00f6l\u00fcnmeler bu \u00e7izgide\u00a0 devam ederek\u00a0 yeni gruplar\u0131n ve Halife adaylar\u0131n\u0131n\u00a0 \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131na yol a\u00e7m\u0131\u015ft\u0131r . Bu durumun sonucunda da yeni yeni tarikatlar ve cemaatlar birbirini izleyerek din d\u00fcnyas\u0131nda istikrars\u0131zl\u0131k ortam\u0131 yaratm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r .Kimin Halife olaca\u011f\u0131 meselesi y\u00fcz\u00fcnden ba\u015flayan \u00e7eki\u015fmeler daha sonraki a\u015famalarda kimin cemaatlar\u0131 y\u00f6netece\u011fi \u00a0\u00a0noktas\u0131na geldi\u011finde, Halifelik sisteminin tek ba\u015f\u0131na bar\u0131\u015f d\u00fczeni a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan yetersiz kald\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve bu nedenle b\u00fct\u00fcn \u0130slam toplumlar\u0131ndan \u00a0gelecek kat\u0131l\u0131mlarla ,dinsel \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmenin \u00f6tesinde kal\u0131c\u0131 bir devlet d\u00fczeninin varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n zorunlulu\u011fu bir kez daha do\u011frulanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r . Osmanl\u0131 d\u00f6neminde de ya\u015fanan olaylar ve benzeri siyasal geli\u015fmeler sadece Halifelik d\u00fczeni ile bir devlet d\u00fczeni kurabilmenin m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olamad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ortaya koymu\u015ftur .
