Vatanda\u015flara bug\u00fcn OGS\u2019den HGS\u2019ye ge\u00e7mesi i\u00e7in son g\u00fcn oldu\u011fu uyar\u0131s\u0131nda bulunulan a\u00e7\u0131klamada, OGS etiketi olan ara\u00e7 sahiplerine ilgili bankalar taraf\u0131ndan \u00fccretsiz olarak HGS etiketi verilece\u011fi ve hesaplar\u0131n\u0131n da HGS\u2019ye d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclece\u011fi kaydedildi.<\/div>\n

Bankalarda da yeterli miktarda HGS etiketinin bulundu\u011fu ifade edilen a\u00e7\u0131klamada, OGS kullanan vatanda\u015flar\u0131n HGS etiketini \u00fccretsiz almak i\u00e7in takip etmesi gereken ad\u0131mlara da dikkat \u00e7ekildi. OGS cihaz\u0131n\u0131n al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 bankaya ba\u015fvuru yap\u0131laca\u011f\u0131na i\u015faret edilen a\u00e7\u0131klamaya \u015f\u00f6yle devam edildi:<\/div>\n
\u201c\u0130ptal edilen OGS’nin yerine HGS hesab\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekmektedir. T\u00fcm ge\u00e7i\u015flerin \u00fccretleri HGS hesab\u0131ndan tahsil edilecektir. OGS cihaz\u0131n\u0131n iptalinden \u00f6nce yap\u0131lan ve hen\u00fcz tahsil edilmeyen ge\u00e7i\u015f \u00fccreti, kapat\u0131lacak OGS hesab\u0131ndaki bakiyeden tahsil edilecektir. \u0130\u015flemden sonra OGS hesab\u0131nda halen para bulunuyor ise ilgilinin banka hesab\u0131na ya da kredi kart\u0131na iade edilecektir. OGS ile yap\u0131lan ge\u00e7i\u015flerin \u00fccretlerinin kar\u015f\u0131lanmamas\u0131 durumunda kullan\u0131lmak \u00fczere g\u00fcvence kapsam\u0131nda al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f tutarlar banka hesab\u0131nda ya da kredi kartlar\u0131na iade edilecek. \u0130ade i\u015flemleri, cihaz\u0131n iptal tarihinden itibaren 30 g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde m\u00fc\u015fterilerin banka hesaplar\u0131na ya da kredi kartlar\u0131na yap\u0131lacakt\u0131r. OGS cihaz\u0131n\u0131 HGS etiketi ile de\u011fi\u015ftirenlerin i\u015flem yapmalar\u0131na gerek bulunmayacakt\u0131r. 31 Mart’a kadar kapat\u0131lm\u0131\u015f t\u00fcm OGS cihazlar\u0131 bu tarihten sonra iptal edilecektir.\u201d<\/div>\n

Malatya \u00c7evre Yolu\u2019nun ana aks\u0131n\u0131n 44,8 kilometre oldu\u011fu, 8,7 kilometrelik Ak\u00e7ada\u011f ba\u011flant\u0131 yolu ile birlikte toplam uzunlu\u011funun 53,5 kilometreye ula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131na dikkat \u00e7ekildi. Projede 13 adet kav\u015fak k\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fc, 5 adet altge\u00e7it k\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fc, 3 adet DDY k\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fc ve 4 adet hidrolik k\u00f6pr\u00fc olmak \u00fczere toplam 2 bin 166 metre uzunlu\u011funda 25 adet k\u00f6pr\u00fc bulundu\u011fu kaydedilen a\u00e7\u0131klamaya, \u015f\u00f6yle devam edildi:<\/div>\n

Ayr\u0131ca (Malatya \u2013 Darende) Ayr\u0131m\u0131- Ak\u00e7ada\u011f Kav\u015fa\u011f\u0131\u2019ndan ba\u015flayan ba\u011flant\u0131 yolu 8,7. kilometrede ana yola kat\u0131l\u0131yor. A\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131 yap\u0131lacak 1\u2019nci K\u0131s\u0131m kapsam\u0131nda; 17,4 kilometre uzunlu\u011fundaki (Darende – G\u00f6lba\u015f\u0131) Ayr\u0131m\u0131 – Sivas Ayr\u0131m\u0131 aras\u0131 ile 8,7 kilometre uzunlu\u011fundaki Ak\u00e7ada\u011f Ba\u011flant\u0131 Yolu olmak \u00fczere toplam 26,1 kilometrelik yol kesimi tamamland\u0131. Bu kesimde toplam bin 244 metre uzunlu\u011funda 10 adet k\u00f6pr\u00fc imalat\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi. B\u00f6ylece Sivas Yolu ayr\u0131m noktas\u0131na kadar trafik sirk\u00fclasyonu sa\u011flanm\u0131\u015f oldu. Kalan kesimlerde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar devam ediyor.\u201d<\/div>\n
